What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution for client projects, creating intuitive and scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, product teams, and clients to define scope, prioritize, and make user-focused trade-offs.
• Translate business requirements into user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to turn complex inputs into actionable UX deliverables.
• Define and evolve UX patterns, design foundations, and reusable structures for consistency and speed.
• Leverage CMS expertise (WordPress) for content models, templates, and modular systems.
• Drive usability, conversion, engagement, and onboarding improvements through evidence-based design.

Requirements

• 6+ years in UX/Product Design with leadership in complex digital products and client environments
• Strong hands-on CMS experience, especially WordPress
• Proven ability to structure ambiguity into clear UX flows and systems for engineering
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered principles
• Track record of shipping UX work improving usability, engagement, or conversions
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, globally distributed teams
