Location: Hybrid in Hilversum, Netherlands (60:40 office:remote policy)

What you will do

  • Develop customer journey strategy and optimization using feedback, mapping, testing, and data for app and website.
  • Grow ecommerce revenue and conversion rates with a customer-centric, mobile-first approach.
  • Analyze customer behavior, segment audiences with CRM to deliver personalized on-site experiences.
  • Conduct and prioritize A/B testing using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, marketing, and product teams to improve navigation, search, and mobile usability.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and stay current with ecommerce trends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of ecommerce experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record driving results through data-informed decisions and behavioral analytics
  • Experience mapping and optimizing digital customer journeys with segmentation
  • Proficiency in A/B or multivariate testing and analytical tools
  • Understanding of navigation, search optimization, and mobile-first design
  • Agile & Lean mindset, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration
  • Technical proficiency with platforms like Bloomreach, SFCC, Contentstack, GA4, Hotjar, Contentsquare
