Director, User Experience - Quick Commerce: Lead and manage UX team creating products for Supply Chain, Partner tools and Store Operations Tribes with an accent on best-in-class user experiences and user-centricity. Focus on mentoring designers, validating concepts through data analysis and usability testing, championing global design systems, and contributing to product vision and strategy.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days a week in Berlin campus). Relocation support to Berlin available.

What you will do

• Manage, mentor and empower a team of product designers, providing feedback and inspiring creativity.
• Bring user needs to interdisciplinary teams, communicating design rationale to stakeholders.
• Incorporate data analysis, feedback and usability testing to validate concepts and ensure quality.
• Champion global design systems and pattern libraries for outstanding UX/UI.
• Optimize processes in an agile environment to manage multiple work streams.
• Collaborate with other UX leaders and contribute to global design community and DMart product strategy.

Requirements

• BA in UX-related field or equivalent + 10+ years UX experience, 5+ years leading senior designer teams for B2B/B2C.
• Excellence in UX or UI with solid skills in both, backed by portfolio of web/mobile design and shipping.
• Obsessed with user needs, strong communication skills in English, ability to lead discussions and promote solutions.
• Operational experience in prioritization, time-management, technical knowledge and mastery of Figma.

• Experience leveraging AI for productivity and product development.
