What you will do

• Design and scale the portfolio management framework for tax equity and preferred equity investments.
• Monitor portfolio performance against underwriting across financial, tax, and operational metrics, identifying and escalating risks.
• Execute consent requests, amendments, and restructurings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and enhance portfolio monitoring and reporting systems using technology and AI-enabled tools.
• Prepare investor, management, and board reporting to ensure alignment with institutional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy finance, asset management, or structured finance.
• Direct exposure to tax equity and/or preferred equity structures.
• FINRA SIE and Series 79 required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience working with institutional investors (insurance companies, pension funds, family offices).
• Prior experience at a commercial or investment bank, specifically in project finance or structured products.
