What you will do

• Contribute to the development and implementation of direct indexing solutions.
• Manage day-to-day portfolio construction, rebalancing, and monitoring of corporate actions.
• Execute tax transitioning and tax loss harvesting to maximize investment efficiency.
• Provide detailed portfolio analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc monitoring of strategies.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and client service teams to ensure client success.
• Improve investment processes and enhance management tools and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Graduate degree and CFA designation strongly preferred.
• 5-7+ years of hands-on investment management experience.
• Proven experience managing equity portfolios with a focus on tax efficiency and index tracking.
• Strong knowledge of direct indexing, ESG, sustainability investing, and tax optimization.
• Experience using equity risk models and portfolio optimizers.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
