What you will do

• Serve as the lead legal counsel for sanctions, AML/CFT, anti-bribery, and market abuse matters.
• Provide authoritative legal advice on financial crime risks related to global products and operations.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators, law enforcement, and financial intelligence units.
• Manage legal responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, and enforcement actions.
• Collaborate with compliance and transaction monitoring teams to mitigate legal risks.
• Develop and maintain global financial crime legal policies and frameworks.

Requirements

• Qualified attorney with 10+ years of experience in financial crime law.
• Deep technical expertise in sanctions, AML/CFT frameworks, and major global regulations.
• Proven experience engaging directly with regulatory bodies like OFAC, FinCEN, and FCA.
• Experience managing voluntary self-disclosures and complex enforcement actions.
• Strong understanding of financial crime risks in digital assets and trading products.
• Exceptional communication skills for advising senior management on complex legal risks.
