What you will do
- Acquire deep product knowledge to effectively support and enable partners.
- Deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise solutions, workflow intelligence, and ease of configuration.
- Develop technical solutions with partners to accelerate sales of products and services.
- Communicate solution value clearly to both business and technical audiences.
- Collaborate with business development and partner directors to prioritize regional opportunities.
- Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence to product management and strategy teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Implementation.
- Proven track record in enabling partners and distributors.
- Strong domain expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Cloud Security.
- Technical proficiency in database queries (MySQL, Elastic Search), scripting (Groovy, PowerShell), and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM).
Nice to have
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, SOX, HIPAA, or NIST.
- Familiarity with cloud directories like AzureAD, Okta, or PingDirectory.
- Understanding of networking technologies including firewalls and encryption.
