What you will do

• Own the architectural direction for the new platform and legacy system migration.
• Define and deliver agentic product capabilities at production scale in partnership with the AI Architect.
• Lead the organizational shift toward AI-assisted development and engineering practices.
• Partner with the CTO on technical strategy and the 12–24 month engineering roadmap.
• Manage and develop the Front-end and AI Architects to ensure cohesive system design.
• Prototype architectural decisions and mentor senior staff to elevate technical quality.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of software engineering experience with significant architectural leadership.
• Deep expertise in backend architecture, distributed systems, and data flows at scale.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale data and customer migrations.
• Strong experience designing REST APIs and familiarity with gRPC.
• Ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to executive stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work without immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic systems (LLM integration, agent orchestration).
• Experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka.
• Background in the cybersecurity industry.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and high-performance languages like Rust or C++.
