Partner Solution Engineer (Cloud): Driving technical growth and enablement within the partner ecosystem (SIs, CSPs, ISVs) to help customers unlock the hirify.global AI Data Cloud with an accent on technical training, reference architectures, and joint solution development. Focus on building scalable data pipelines, delivering successful POCs, and aligning product features with partner service offerings.

Location: Hybrid (Singapore). Travel up to 30% within ASEAN region is required.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to promote and implement optimal solutions.
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications to upskill partner teams on hirify.global architecture.
• Co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators, such as data migration frameworks and industry data models.
• Lead hackathons, present at events, and drive hirify.global awareness and adoption within partner organizations.
• Partner on strategic customer engagements to define use cases and execute successful Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Own the technology roadmap with partners to build and scale their practices via reference architectures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience working with Global/Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals, preferably with cloud DW experience.
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka.
• Hands-on technical experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or Google Cloud Build).
• Strong experience with major cloud platforms, specifically Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

• Experience with AI/ML use cases.
