TL;DR
Staff Data Analyst (E-commerce): Driving the growth and success of international storefronts by uncovering drivers of customer behavior and business performance with an accent on product experience and operational performance. Location: Must be based in Berlin or London with the ability to work from the office 4 days per week

What you will do
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to support the launch and growth of international storefronts and customer experiences.
- Develop scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and automated reporting to monitor acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue.
- Lead deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and diagnose friction points in the end-to-end customer journey.
- Design and interpret A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to measure product impact and guide roadmap prioritization.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to forecast trends and measure causal impact in emerging markets.
- Collaborate with global analytics teams to improve data quality, governance, and AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Data Science); advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product or growth analytics within e-commerce or technology environments.
- Strong expertise in SQL and advanced proficiency in Python for statistical modeling and data exploration.
- Extensive experience in A/B testing methodologies and causal inference approaches.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, or Streamlit.
- Must be based in Berlin or London with the ability to work from the office 4 days per week

- Experience supporting international expansion or multi-region e-commerce businesses.
- Experience analyzing customer journeys across storefront, acquisition, and checkout.
- Exposure to machine learning, causal analysis, and predictive modeling.
