What you will do

• Act as strategic partner in cross-functional teams specializing in Conversion Rate Optimization analytics.
• Turn data into insights, predictions, and recommendations delivering business value.
• Create compelling visualizations and user-friendly dashboards.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers on data requirements and tracking.
• Support Growth team planning, execution, and self-service data needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in web analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence
• Proven track record with A/B experiments, including design, execution, and evaluation
• High proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills
• Fluent in English; comfortable working EMEA hours
• Experience with AI tools in workflow
