What you will do

• Identify A/B testing opportunities and support design, setup, validation, and delivery of test plans.
• Contribute to optimisation projects across UK, Germany, and Italy markets.
• Analyse test performance and communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Use Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics to track performance and support data-led decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, development, and analytics teams to boost engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• Experience in A/B testing, ideally in eCommerce or digital trading.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple tests, timelines, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborative approach and interest in optimisation best practices.
