What you will do

• Act as strategic partner in cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions in payments analytics.
• Design and evaluate experiments for payment initiatives like new methods and localized currencies.
• Partner with developers to ensure analytics tracking requirements and implementation accuracy.
• Turn data into insights, predictions, and recommendations with compelling visualizations and dashboards.
• Collaborate with data and analytics engineers on datasets, requirements, and high-fidelity tracking.
• Contribute to payments team planning, execution, and enabling self-service data access.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product/growth/payments analytics
• Hands-on payments data experience (authorization flows, decline codes, 3DS, PSP metrics, subscription billing a plus)
• High proficiency in SQL/querying languages
• Experience with Tableau or equivalent visualization tools
• Strong business acumen, ownership, and communication skills
• Fluent in English
