Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (expectation to be in the office at least three days per week)

What you will do

• Write perfectly crafted copy to bring creative concepts to life across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and core departments to develop innovative solutions.
• Handle high-level projects and manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timing and budget.
• Present creative ideas coherently and persuasively to clients.
• Ensure obsessive attention to detail in all deliverables to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• Fluent in both German and English (C1+).
• 10+ years of experience as an agency copywriter with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to write in multiple voices and styles with flawless grammar and punctuation.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office (Hybrid).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and GenAI.
• Experience working within the Automotive sector.
