Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany (3 core office days)

What you will do

• Own and evolve external developer documentation for APIs and SDKs, ensuring clarity and scalability.
• Build integration guides, API references, tutorials, and example applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver high-quality documentation for new feature launches.
• Improve the developer onboarding experience by identifying and resolving integration friction.
• Develop lightweight demos and sample implementations in Swift or Kotlin.
• Support key partners through debugging SDK implementations and performing root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Technical Account Management.
• Strong technical foundation in mobile development and SDKs (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
• Proficiency with APIs, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and basic frontend concepts.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Docusaurus, Confluence, and Markdown.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools (LLMs, code copilots) to explore codebases and accelerate content creation.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hamburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech, mobile monetization, or SDK-based products.
