TL;DR
Technical Writer (AdTech): Creating and scaling external developer documentation for SDKs and APIs with an accent on improving the end-to-end developer experience. Focus on building integration guides, tutorials, and sample apps while supporting technical integrations for key partners.
Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany (3 core office days)

What you will do
- Own and evolve external developer documentation for APIs and SDKs, ensuring clarity and scalability.
- Build integration guides, API references, tutorials, and example applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver high-quality documentation for new feature launches.
- Improve the developer onboarding experience by identifying and resolving integration friction.
- Develop lightweight demos and sample implementations in Swift or Kotlin.
- Support key partners through debugging SDK implementations and performing root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Technical Account Management.
- Strong technical foundation in mobile development and SDKs (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
- Proficiency with APIs, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and basic frontend concepts.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Docusaurus, Confluence, and Markdown.
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools (LLMs, code copilots) to explore codebases and accelerate content creation.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hamburg, Germany.
