What you will do

  • Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis using monitoring tools and metrics.
  • Debug and triage complex business-impacting issues within application systems.
  • Implement and maintain operational standards for system stability and availability.
  • Utilize continuous delivery practices and DevOps tools to deploy and support high-quality software.
  • Mentor junior consultants and advocate for technical excellence.
  • Apply cloud best practices for resource optimization, monitoring, and alerting.

Requirements

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR of Singapore due to client security clearance requirements.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java or .NET and scripting in Python or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and various architectures (microservices, serverless, N-tier).
  • Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines).
  • Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Ability to participate in a 24x7 rotation-based support team.
