What you will do

  • Manage incident response processes and tools to resolve business-impacting issues.
  • Debug complex application systems to identify root causes and ensure system stability.
  • Implement continuous delivery practices to evolve and support high-quality software.
  • Develop monitoring and alerting mechanisms to improve incident identification and response times.
  • Apply technology best practices to enhance system availability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR of Singapore due to client security clearance requirements.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or .NET and scripting with Python or PowerShell.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure Pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of debugging tools and troubleshooting techniques for code-level issues.
  • Experience with relational or non-relational databases and application monitoring tools like DataDog or Prometheus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
