What you will do

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand hirify.global’s market share in the Middle East region.
• Lead the regional business development team, driving performance and ensuring targets are met.
• Identify, onboard, and manage key IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners to drive client acquisition.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regional regulations and licensing.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and oversee Account Managers and Business Developers in the region.

Requirements

• BA/BSc degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Maximum 7 years experience in business development within the forex/CFD industry, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong network of Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and institutional partners in the region.
• Knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), financial instruments, and market structures.
• Deep understanding of Middle East regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
