What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with creators to ensure ongoing engagement and brand alignment.
• Identify new talent and maintain a strong pipeline to expand the creator roster.
• Execute creator-led campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
• Coordinate creator-hosted events and integrate talent into key brand activations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, marketing, CRM) to integrate campaigns into broader strategy.
• Apply global and regional insights to local markets to ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or talent management.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience managing the execution and performance tracking of creator-led campaigns.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and campaign management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
