What you will do

• Plan and execute global DTC campaigns for seasonal peaks and always-on activity.
• Translate commercial trading calendars into detailed campaign briefs across channels.
• Coordinate asset delivery and timelines to ensure smooth execution across markets.
• Collaborate with eCommerce trading to align campaigns with stock availability and pricing.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in campaign execution or eCommerce marketing.
• Solid knowledge of the DTC landscape, promotional planning, and digital trading.
• Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting performance data.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
