What you will do

• Support campaign launches and configurations on Meta, X, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Maintain data accuracy within reporting tools and internal software.
• Produce daily campaign reports including pacing and data commentary.
• Collaborate with regional teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Analyze raw data to develop actionable recommendations for media activation.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Poland.
• 6+ months of experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyze raw data and communicate insights effectively.
• Adaptability to changing goals and priorities.
