GOC | Junior Paid Social Media Specialist

Location: Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw, or Wroclaw, Poland; hybrid work with two days in the office each week

Salary: 4,808–7,917 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Support paid social campaign launches and setup across Meta, X, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with regional teams across Europe and the United States.
• Check campaign compliance with hirify.global guidelines.
• Monitor campaign checks across channels and platforms.
• Maintain accurate data in campaign reporting tools and internal software.
• Produce daily reports covering pacing, data input, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English is required for communication with regional teams.
• At least six months of experience planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability and willingness to work directly from Poland in a hybrid setup.
