Marketing Specialist/Senior Specialist – Europe (AI)

Location: Must be based in Poland; remote work or work from offices and coworking spaces in Katowice, Poznań, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Cracow, Wrocław, or Białystok.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate hirify.global and KMS Technology participation in European industry events, conferences, and meetups.
• Manage event logistics, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with the US events team.
• Design and run marketing campaigns tailored to European audiences while aligning with global campaign strategy.
• Support inbound marketing, SEO, and visibility in AI-driven search, including AI Overviews, LLM assistants, and generative search engines.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues in Poland, the US, and Vietnam on campaigns, tools, messaging, and the hirify.global–KMS integration.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of marketing experience, ideally including event coordination or campaign management.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones.
• Interest in or experience with inbound marketing, SEO, and AI-driven content discovery.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Collaborative approach and comfort working with international teams.
• Based in Poland.

Nice to have

• German language skills for engaging German-speaking markets.
• Experience in B2B technology, consulting, or IT services.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.
