TL;DR

Sales Lead (Fintech): Driving growth of Axioma solutions across the Canadian market with an accent on institutional asset management and risk analytics. Focus on managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and positioning strategic front-office capabilities.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (on-site 2X per week)

What you will do

  • Drive the full sales cycle from origination through close for new and existing clients in Canada.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, portfolio managers, risk teams, and quants.
  • Position Axioma solutions through collaboration with product specialists and client evaluations.
  • Identify new business opportunities across the Canadian institutional market.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and track revenue targets.
  • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform product and commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience selling investment analytics, risk, data, or front-office solutions.
  • Strong understanding of institutional asset management workflows (portfolio construction, risk analytics, factor models).
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with institutional clients.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts as business value to senior investment stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work on-site in the Toronto office 2X per week.
  • English proficiency required for application and communication.

Nice to have

  • CFA or similar professional finance background.
  • Deep familiarity with the Canadian institutional market.
