What you will do

• Design and build backend services in Python (FastAPI).
• Implement async job execution and status tracking (Redis/Celery/Kafka).
• Integrate with LLM and services (internal & external).
• Ensure stability, observability, and cost-efficient inference.

Requirements

• 5+ years Python backend experience.
• Strong FastAPI experience.
• Solid PostgreSQL + S3 (or equivalents).
• Experience with async task queues (Celery, Redis, Kafka).
• Production experience integrating with micro services: long-running jobs, retries, failure handling.
• Basic observability skills (logging, monitoring, alerting).
• Experience in cross-functional teams (frontend, ML).
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LangChain or agentic workflows.
• Marketing technology background (ad platforms, creative tools).
• Experience with StarRocks (or other OLAP databases, ex. Clickhouse).
• Experience handling large binary files and media storage (S3 multipart uploads, CDN integration, signed URLs).
• Understanding of async processing for heavy media workloads (chunking, progress tracking, resumable jobs).
