What you will do

• Provide pre-sales engineering support and develop system design recommendations.
• Prepare technical sales materials, white papers, and documentation for video, audio, and network topologies.
• Coordinate on-site proof of concept and trial installations for critical projects.
• Perform in-depth on-site troubleshooting and provide technical solutions to customers.
• Present training seminars and webinars to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to support sales growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 4+ years of experience in networking or video-related systems, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Physical ability to work with heights and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must reside in the Chicagoland area.
