Product Manager - Utilization Management (Healthcare)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Healthcare): Developing the product vision and execution plans for behavioral health and wellness products within the Utilization Management function with an accent on stakeholder alignment and product lifecycle management. Focus on guiding products from conception to delivery and managing the product backlog.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (must be onsite 3 days/week if within 50 miles of an office in Pennsylvania, USA)

What you will do

• Develop a holistic product vision and strategy to maximize value within the Utilization Management function.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to stakeholders from product teams to executive levels.
• Identify asset improvement opportunities using metrics and qualitative input.
• Own and frequently re-prioritize the product backlog based on input from internal and partner teams.
• Guide the product lifecycle from conception to delivery, collaborating with the Delivery team during sprint reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Product Management, including experience with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of advanced domain experience in healthcare/health insurance.

Nice to have

• 1 year of experience working with the Agile process.
