What you will do

• Oversee the development of cost accounting systems and RVU weight-based time standards across the provider network.
• Manage the technical build, configuration, and maintenance of organizational budget processes and systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate transmission of cost-related data for pharmacy and supply chain items.
• Develop financial reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with physician leaders to develop cost models that identify practice variations and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the department staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or accounting (or CPA certification).
• 10+ years of combined healthcare administration and cost accounting experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Pennsylvania.
• Compliance with HIPAA and data security standards.
