Salary: $152,527.00 - $221,165.00

What you will do

• Lead safety and quality initiatives at the site level.
• Develop, review, and manage owner contracts and subcontracts.
• Manage costs and scheduling for labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Maintain constant communication with owners and clients regarding progress and conflict management.
• Travel to various jobsites (minimum 50% required travel).

Requirements

• Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M.
• Exceptional customer and client relation skills.
• Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring.
• Experience in contract and subcontract development and management.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR).

Nice to have

• Financial forecasting experience (estimates to and at completion, cash, and cost flow).
• Proven record of safety program management and implementation.
• Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs) and sitewide quality programs effectiveness.
