Salary: $126,236 - $214,599 per year

What you will do

• Manage the bottom-line for HV, MV, and LV transmission line projects, including underground and overhead systems.
• Lead project teams through conceptual design and procurement phases for substation projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and scope of services to ensure project success.
• Respond to RFPs and prepare detailed proposals for services work.
• Act as the primary interface between clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in high, medium, and low-voltage substations.
• PE, P.Eng, or an equivalent professional license.
• Experience across multiple phases of project execution.
• Ability to work effectively in both corporate and field environments.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
