What you will do

• Define and implement people strategies aligned with the bank's business objectives.
• Consult and coach senior management on complex HR issues and leadership matters.
• Lead organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage year-end processes including compensation, performance assessments, and potential evaluations.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to support the hiring of key senior positions.
• Monitor FTE and cost budgets in partnership with regional unit heads and the CFO.

Requirements

• University degree and further education in HR Management.
• Profound experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the financial sector.
• Extensive background in project and change management.
• Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written).
• Strong business acumen and experience with senior management contracts and reward schemes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact effectively with senior leadership.
