What you will do

• Assist in supporting regulatory and compliance tasks for new product launches and maintenance.
• Maintain compliance documentation, track regulatory requirements, and manage audit findings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to follow up on compliance action plans and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal management updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to gain practical experience in compliance controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on products and services.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in compliance, regulatory affairs, and the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on challenges.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (trackers, pivot tables, data cleanup).
• Basic understanding or curiosity about AI tools.

Nice to have

• Research skills for summarizing regulatory publications.
• Experience building status updates and dashboards in Slides.
• Basic understanding of crypto concepts (exchanges, wallets, stablecoins).
• Exposure to risk/control concepts or audit basics.
• Familiarity with Jira or Confluence.
