What you will do

• Onboard new counterparties and conduct thorough KYC/AML due diligence reviews.
• Perform periodic KYC reviews and refresh onboarding documentation as necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments and screenings, including PEP, Sanctions, Adverse Media, and wallet screening.
• Analyze counterparty data to generate insights for business development.
• Collaborate with trading, product, and compliance teams to optimize and automate onboarding processes.
• Investigate and analyze automated transaction monitoring alerts for AML/CTF risks.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in financial crime.
• Deep knowledge of UK and EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and sanctions regimes (UN, EU, OFAC, HMT).
• Experience running efficient B2B compliance processes at scale using automation and external tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to work non-standard hours if required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elliptic and/or Chainalysis.
