What you will do
- Take full ownership of a focused portfolio of large enterprise retail accounts.
- Drive growth and profitability through service adoption and store expansions.
- Pitch and execute campaigns for new offerings like Ads and +.
- Ensure optimal in-store processes and quality standards for partners.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategies and conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels, from operational teams to C-suite executives.
Requirements
- Proven success in Key Account Management or Business Development with large enterprise accounts.
- Deep understanding of the Finnish retail landscape, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
- Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
- Experience in launching or scaling new products within existing partnerships.
- Advanced analytics skills using Looker or Power BI and strong spreadsheet fluency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
