Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid: at least 3 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Own and grow the listings pipeline in Finland, identifying and qualifying new opportunities on Helsinki.
- Engage and influence C-suite executives (CEOs, CFOs) and Boards to position as the preferred listing venue.
- Advise companies through the listing process, tailoring value propositions to specific issuer needs.
- Collaborate with corporate finance, legal, and IR partners to source transactions and win mandates.
- Represent the company in the market through travel across Finland and the Nordic region.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
- Significant experience in capital markets, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
- Proven track record of involvement in IPOs or capital-raising transactions.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, law, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with public speaking.
Nice to have
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or ECM advisory.
- Experience leading client engagements tied to financial transactions.
- Knowledge of Nordic or international capital markets.
- Fluency in Swedish.
