What you will do

• Lead and mentor an Agile engineering team responsible for the CCMS platform.
• Provide technical direction and oversee system maintenance and modifications.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to modernize communication workflows.
• Manage staff performance, hiring, and professional development.
• Track project details and serve as the technical subject matter expert.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation and perform maintenance outside business hours.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (sponsorship not available).
• 5+ years of experience in IT, application development, or enterprise system maintenance.
• Expert knowledge of .NET, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with communications or outreach platforms.
• Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot and Claude.
