What you will do

• Build and execute a global community events program across key markets including London, Singapore, Dubai, and San Francisco.
• Organize diverse event formats ranging from intimate founder dinners and breakfasts to large-scale community activations.
• Develop strategic partnerships with VCs, fintech communities, media platforms, and infrastructure providers globally.
• Manage end-to-end execution: concept creation, venue sourcing, production, logistics, budgets, and onsite operations.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and business development teams to drive brand growth and pipeline generation.
• Identify emerging communities and unconventional collaboration opportunities to increase brand affinity.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in community events or experiential marketing within fintech, crypto, or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience organizing events across multiple global regions and cultures.
• Deep understanding of modern tech communities, including founder ecosystems and investor networks.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and partners.
• Location: Must be based in London (On-site)
• English: Fluent communication skills required
