What you will do

• Handle contract administration and implement change control processes.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Develop marketing materials, bids, capability statements, and support fee proposals.
• Build pipeline of data centre opportunities and comply with procurement strategies.

Requirements

• London-based hybrid role with site visits during construction
• Proven track record managing data centre projects across design, tender, and construction as lead consultant.
• Technical understanding of project delivery from inception to completion.
• Managerial experience delivering projects to time, cost, and quality with positive client feedback.
• Chartered qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM ChPP) and construction-related degree or equivalent.
