Salary: $127,300 - $159,460 CAD

What you will do
- Lead strategic web initiatives including content migrations, site restructures, and website redesigns.
- Own the website experimentation program using tools like VWO to improve sign-ups and conversion rates.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Brand, and SEO teams to shape and execute the website roadmap.
- Develop and launch A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns based on user behavior data.
- Analyze experiment results and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
- Establish scalable processes for web requests, experimentation intake, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web strategy, growth marketing, or digital experience.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experimentation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely.
- Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience working with CMS platforms for modern marketing websites.
