What you will do

• Audit client websites and funnels to identify conversion blockers and prioritize opportunities.
• Build and manage testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
• Analyze GA4, heatmap, and session recording data to surface actionable insights.
• Write test copy, including headlines, CTAs, and landing page content.
• Validate and troubleshoot tracking via GTM and GA4.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience on lead gen and/or eCommerce sites.
• GA4 certification (strictly required).
• Proficiency with testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Convert, or AB Tasty.
• Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or FullStory.
• Solid working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with long consideration funnels, high-AOV/subscription DTC, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ICE, PIE, or PXL prioritization frameworks.
• Comfort collaborating with developers on test implementation and QA.
