What you will do

• Build and iterate on proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate AI capabilities and validate use cases.
• Develop custom tools and integrations, including MCP servers, to connect AI systems with internal services and data.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into functional AI-powered solutions.
• Act as an AI consultant and technical implementer for cross-functional teams.
• Share knowledge through documentation, demos, and hands-on support to promote AI best practices.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of software development experience with strong programming fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and service integrations.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI/ML concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and working in ambiguous problem spaces.

Nice to have

• Experience building with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration frameworks.
• Experience with FastAPI, Express, or similar web frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Background in building internal tools or developer platforms.
