What you will do

• Design and develop new Radar Live models for risk and market pricing.
• Validate, review, and promote pricing models to production.
• Manage and resolve Radar defects arising from business changes or projects.
• Maintain and own pricing product specification documentation.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to junior analysts within the team.
• Create innovative solutions to improve pricing processes and rating structures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience with Radar and Radar Live software.
• Background in insurance pricing, underwriting, or product writing.
• Ability to understand and build complex rating structures.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring junior staff.
• Educated to A-level or equivalent with a focus on numerical disciplines.
