What you will do

• Lead and mentor a large Accounts Payable team to foster a high-performing culture.
• Oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.
• Manage system usage and ERP integration to streamline financial workflows.
• Collaborate with Procurement and other departments to align financial processes.
• Lead change management initiatives to improve structural efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable with proven leadership in complex setups.
• Strong ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and process automation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
• German language skills are considered a plus.
