What you will do

• Deliver financial results across key reporting metrics including IFRS, Solvency II, and Bermudian capital regimes.
• Produce insightful analysis and commentary to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and wider stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with governance frameworks.
• Lead forecasting and projection activities alongside planning cycles.
• Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and reviewers.

Requirements

• Nearly or fully qualified actuary with post-qualification experience in a life insurance environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II reporting frameworks.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the Hove office.
