What you will do

• Analyze and deliver compliant updates for SAP Payroll based on legislative changes in Belgium and France.
• Create functional system design specifications and test strategies for payroll modules.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between EMEA Tax/Regulatory teams and Development/QA groups.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to Agile requirements and user stories.
• Support the resolution of payroll-related issues reported by customers.
• Drive quality releases while maintaining total product compliance with regional regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Payroll for Belgium and France.
• Must be based in France.
• In-depth knowledge of Belgium and France payroll from both business and legislative perspectives.
• Proven experience working with remote teams.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across EMEA and global regions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
