TL;DR

Talent SAP HCM Consultant (SAP HCM): Participate in all phases of HRIS implementation (design, parameterization, acceptance, deployment, support) with an accent on configuring modules for Core HR, Payroll, Time, and Talent. Focus on translating client needs into deliverables, integrating solution versions, and handling maintenance tickets including bug fixes and evolutions.

Location: Granada, Madrid, Albacete, Barcelona, Málaga (Spain) with telecommuting possibilities

Global HR consulting group assisting customers in HR transformation projects on human and tools aspects (HRIS), operating in Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific for large accounts and SMEs.

What you will do

  • Participate in implementation projects including workshops, parameterization, acceptance testing, go-live assistance, and user training
  • Translate client needs into deliverables like documentation, presentations, design specs, and training materials
  • Configure SAP HCM modules adapted to client processes and evaluate configuration impacts
  • Integrate latest solution versions into client environments with data migration
  • Provide maintenance support: handle tickets for corrective, preventive, and evolutionary changes
  • Perform technical monitoring, user training, and advise on solution evolutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, etc.) or Vocational Training (DAM or DAW)
  • Interest and motivation to develop professionally in technology consultancy

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in consultancy involving ERP management
  • High level of English
