Implementation Specialist II (ServiceNow Developer)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays

What you will do

• Develop and configure web services and Nuvolo Connected Workspace products on the ServiceNow-based EAM platform.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, workflows, ACLs, data imports, transforms, and related platform components.
• Develop Service Catalog, Service Portal, and UI Builder solutions to improve user experiences.
• Integrate the EAM platform with third-party applications using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and other integration capabilities.
• Assess client workflows and product usage to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities.
• Perform unit testing, validation, peer code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams and clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or GlideScript and understanding of core ServiceNow components and configuration practices.
• Knowledge of fundamental database concepts and experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and HTTP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with clients, with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
