Salary: $128,000–$160,000

What you will do
- Evaluate and resolve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting and expert VMware knowledge.
- Provide hands-on assistance to end users via remote connectivity and collaborative web meetings.
- Develop and implement new or modified configurations to resolve incidents.
- Create scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data issues.
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation and support clients during specific business hours.
- Document remediation, test results, and approvals thoroughly.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and have US Citizenship.
- 10+ years of experience across the VMware technology footprint.
- Technical expertise in vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, SRM, and Aria Suite.
- Demonstrable history of solving complex problems across multiple components.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Expert knowledge of NSX and Tanzu.
- Experience with Dell VxRail, VCF, Aria Automation, Horizon View, and VMware TKG.
