What you will do

• Plan and implement manufacturing projects within defined timescales.
• Drive continuous improvement of assembly processes and production efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis to implement safety and quality improvements.
• Provide ongoing engineering support to production departments.
• Manage the implementation of engineering changes from design into production.
• Maintain inventory integrity and liaise cross-functionally across departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Craigavon, Northern Ireland.
• HND/Degree level education (or graduating Summer 2026) with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, or HNC with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with 3D modelling or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD.
• Experience with engineering changes, line design changes, or production support.
