What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors for flawless project execution.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs while building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with technical experts on cloud-based integrations and software deployments.
• Manage budgets, resources, documentation, reporting, and conduct post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, Six Sigma or other relevant project management certification preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management with focus on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), tools (JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
