What you will do

• Design and lead development of robotics systems including mobile robots, drones, and autonomous platforms
• Drive end-to-end ownership ensuring high-quality architecture, scalability, and production readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on perception, SLAM, motion planning, and control systems
• Oversee prototyping, simulation with Gazebo/Nvidia Isaac Sim, and real-world validation
• Implement GPU/CUDA solutions, OpenCV, point cloud processing, and hardware-software integration
• Optimize workflows with CI/CD, automated testing, Docker deployments
• Lead, mentor engineering teams and engage clients in technical discussions

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency
• 8+ years in robotics software development, real-time systems
• Expert C/C++ and Python
• ROS/ROS2, RViz, mobile robots/drones/AGVs/AMRs
• Simulation tools: Gazebo, Nvidia Isaac Sim
• Perception, SLAM, trajectory planning, kinematics, obstacle avoidance
• GPU/CUDA, OpenCV, PCL, system architecture
• Sensor/actuator integration, control systems
• Unix/Linux, scripting, CI/CD, leadership experience
